1.) Die Inhaberin wird Interessenten weder eine Beratung, erst recht keine Behandlung zukommen lassen,

  • a) die das 18. Lebensjahr noch nicht vollendet haben,

  • b) die unter Alkohol- und/oder Drogeneinfluss stehen,

  • c) die sich in einer instabilen psychischen und/oder physischen Verfassung befinden,

  • d) bei denen eine Schwangerschaft vorliegt oder die sich in Stillzeit befinden,

  • e) die blutverdünnende Medikamente eingenommen haben,

  • f) die an einer ansteckenden Krankheit, bzw. einer Hautkrankheit leiden.

Allergien, Infektions- oder Hautkrankheiten, sowie chronische Krankheiten sind der Inhaberin direkt mitzuteilen.

 

2.) Bei Abschluss eines Behandlungsvertrages ist es der Behandelnden und deren Helfer gestattet, zum einen die Haut durch Einstiche zu verletzen. Des Weiteren dürfen sie in der Umgebung der zu behandelnden Stelle die Haut berühren oder sogar zur Sicherstellung festhalten.

Dies wird von dem zu Behandelnden ausdrücklich zugestanden.

 

3.) Eine Haftung der Mitarbeiter des Studios und ausführenden Personen wird auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt.

Unabhängig davon wird die Haftung ausgeschlossen bei Folgeproblemen, die auf falsche Pflege zurückzuführen sind oder darauf, dass der Behandelte die Anweisungen zur nachträglichen Behandlung durch das Studio nicht befolgt. Des Weiteren erfolgt der Haftungsausschluss bei Nichtgefallen der Arbeit.

In jedem Falle ist das Studio von Komplikationen vom Behandelten unverzüglich zu benachrichtigen.

4.) Bei einer Terminvereinbarung ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe von mind. 300 € zu leisten.

Die Anzahlungsgebühr wird für den Aufwand der Reservierung, Beratung und Recherche der jeweiligen Terminvereinbarung erhoben.

Termine können bis spätestens 48 Stunden vor dem Termin - und nur innerhalb eines Jahres - verschoben werden, damit der Termin neu belegt werden kann. Bei Nichteinhalten dieser Frist wird die Anzahlung in voller Höhe als Aufwandsentschädigung einbehalten.

Des Weiteren gilt das Einbehalten der Anzahlung in voller Höhe als Aufwandsentschädigung bei kompletten Motiv-Änderungen, Terminabsagen oder Nicht-Erscheinen zum vereinbarten Termin.

5.) Das Studio behält sich das Recht vor, Fotografien von den fertig gestellten Tätowierungen zu fertigen, dieses jedoch nur zum Eigenbedarf.

Die neuen Datenschutzbestimmungen wurden erörtert.

Jegliche Beziehung zur Person des Behandelten hat zu unterbleiben. Des Weiteren muss sichergestellt werden, dass ein Zugriff Dritter auf die Fotos vermieden wird.

Unabhängig davon kann im Behandlungsvertrag selbst eine abweichende Regelung zwischen den jeweils Beteiligten geschlossen werden.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before entering into an agreement to be tattooed with

By entering into an agreement to be tattooed as a scheduled client appointment, at Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art, you the client agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, you are welcome to be not tattooed at Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art. 

Tattooing is a permanent form of art where a needle and tattoo machine is used to push ink under your skin. You will experience some pain and discomfort dependent on the area you are getting tattooed. Tattooing ink into the skin can be unpredictable at times due to the nature and variances in skin types, therefore results can vary.

We will do our best to tattoo your design to the best of our ability and advise you on the likely outcome if we see a potential problem with your tattoo. 

  • Inform your tattoo artist about serious illnesses and/or allergies in the first conversation! Only then it can be decided whether it is at all possible to tattoo you.

  • Don´t forget to bring your I.D. If we ask for it, it’s because we can’t take the chance of tattooing someone who is underage. If you don’t have it and we ask for it, we will not be able to tattoo you and you will lose your deposit.

  • Please make sure you have eaten and are well rested before you come in for your tattoo, and make sure you are not under the effects or feeling the after-effects of drugs or alcohol. If you are, we will not be able to tattoo you and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • Tattoo artists prefer a hygienic environment - so please don’t ignore your personal hygiene.

  • It is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.

  • Please turn up five to ten minutes before you are scheduled to start.

  • If you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances please ring the studio.

Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art do not tattoo:

  • People under 18 years

  • People who are under the influence or feeling the after-effects of drugs and/or alcohol

  • People who take or took blood-thinning medications days before

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women

  • People with contagious diseases or skin diseases

  • Racist Remarks or Hate Symbols

Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art can refuse service to anyone, no explanation(s) needed.

Healing

Healing of the tattoo is the client’s responsibility.

Each artist has their healing method and will advise clients on how to take care of their tattoo during and after healing.

If you are unsure about healing your tattoo contact us.

The following might occur due to normal causes or improper care:

  • Infections

  • Loss of ink

  • Fading

  • Allergic Reactions

  • Itching

  • Dryness

  • or other conditions that might arise.

We do not take responsibility for any damage to the tattoo while healing or otherwise.

Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art are professionals and will advise you on the care, placement and size of your tattoo. Whether you take our advice is up to you.

We do not accept responsibility for any advice followed bother than the advise given by Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art.

Deposits Policy 

Deposits in the amount of at least 300 € may be required to book an appointment to ensure the artist time and labour while consulting, researching and designing your tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a re-scheduled appointment time (within a year) if the following applies: The appointment was cancelled 48h before the date.
Not showing up or cancelling with less than 48h to your appointment will result in losing your deposit.

If you arrive for your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will be refused service and lose your deposit.

In the event that you are not happy with the design your artist has provided, your deposit will not be refunded - the deposit is put down to pay for the artists time to create your design. 

Privacy Policy:

Madlyne van Looy Tattoo & Art is allowed to take a picture of the final tattoo. We will do our best to not show your face.
